New Procedure for the Registration of Limited Partnerships, Firma Partnerships and Civil Partnerships

The Minister of Law and Human Rights (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation on theRegistration of Limited Partnerships, Firma Partnerships and Civil Partnerships(“ Regulation 17/2018 ”), which serves as an implementation of Article 15 (3),  Article 16 (3) and Article 17 (3) of Regulation of the Government on the Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Service (“ Regulation 24/2018 ”).
