New Procedure on the Initiation of Domestic Cooperation with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry

The Minister of Environment and Forestry (“ Minister ”) has finally issued Regulation No. 3 of 2022 on Domestic Cooperation (“ Regulation 3/2022 ”), which is aiming to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and orderliness of domestic cooperation between the Ministry of the Environment of Forestry (“ Ministry ”) and its partners. [1] At the time of its promulgation, Regulation 3/2022 simultaneously repealed and replaced Regulation of the Minister No. P.78/MENLHK-SETJEN/2015 (“ Regulation 78/2015 ”) as the new legal framework for the initiation of domestic cooperation policies by the Ministry.
