New Procedures for Securing Copies of Corporate Legal Service Products: More Applicants, More Products

In 2019, the Minister of Law and Human Rights (“ Minister ”) issued Regulation No. 11 of 2019 (“ Regulation 11/2019 ”) on Procedures for the Submission of Applications for the Securing of Decrees and/or Copies of Acknowledgment Receipts for Legal Entity Notifications by Limited Liability Companies, Foundations and Associations (collectively referred to as “ Legal Entities ”). As its title suggests, Regulation 11/2019 primarily established various prerequisites and procedures for requests for and the issuance of copies of the aforementioned legal documents. [1]
