New Procedures for the Registration of the Establishment, Amendments to Articles of Association and Data, and Dissolution of Limited-Liability Companies Introduced

The Minister of Law and Human Rights (“ Minister ”) recently issued Regulation No. 21 of 2021 on Terms and Procedures for the Registration of the Establishment of, Amendments to and Dissolution of Limited-Liability Company Legal Entities (“ Regulation 21/2021 ”), which repeals and replaces the now obsolete Regulation of the Minister No. 4 of 2014 on Procedures for the Submission of Applications for the Validation of Legal Entities and Approvals and Notifications for the Amendment of Articles of Association and Data of Limited-Liability Companies and its various amendments (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 4/2014 ”).
