New Provision on AMDAL Competence Certification, LPJP AMDAL and Environmental Feasibility Tests

In order to accommodate the updated provisions on Environmental Impact Analysis (Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan Hidup–“ AMDAL ”) competency that were introduced under Regulation of the Government No. 22 of 2021 on the Organization of Environmental Protection and Management (“ Regulation 22/2021 ”), [1] the Minister of Environment and Forestry (“ Minister ”) has finally issued Regulation No. 18 of 2021 on Competence Certification for Environmental Impact Analyses, Service Providers for the Preparation of Environmental Impact Analyses and Environmental Feasibility Tests (“ Regulation 18/2021 ”).
