New Provision on Mandatory TKDN Fulfilment by Telecommunications Organizers

The Minister of Communication and Informatics (“ Minister ”) has altered the formula which is to be used during calculations of mandatory Domestic Component Levels (Tingkat Kandungan Dalam Negeri– “ TKDN ”) by telecommunications organizers. These changes are set out under Regulation of the Minister No. 12 of 2019 on Assessment Procedures for the Achievement of Domestic Component Levels in Relation to Capital Expenditures and Operational Expenditures during the Organization of Telecommunications Activities (“ Regulation 12/2019 ”).
