Government Regulation No. 64 of 2015 (“Amendment”) has just been issued and amends Government Regulation No. 61 of 2009 on Seaports (“2009Regulation”). The Amendment makes minor changes to the procedures for the granting of concession rights to business entities looking to manage seaport businesses. The Amendment also alters the procedures relating to the handover of seaport businesses after a given concession period has expired.
