New Provisions on Certain Natural-Gas Prices and Users Within the Industrial Sector Regulated

In the wake of the issuance of Regulation of the President No. 121 of 2020 on the Amendment to Regulation of the President No. 40 of 2016 on the Determination of Natural-Gas Prices (“ Regulation 121/2020 ”), the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“ Minister ”) has now issued Decree No. 134.K/HK.02/MEM.M/2021 on Certain Natural-Gas Prices and Users Within the Industrial Sector (“ Decree 134/2021 ”), which revokes the previous regulatory framework of Decree of the Minister No. 89 K/10/MEM/2020 (“ Decree 89/2020 ”),  which bore the same title.
