The Minister of Finance (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 226/PMK.04/2014 on Storage, Import, Export, and Transportation of Excisable Goods (“Regulation”). The Regulation provides guidelines for businesses to provide information on alcoholic beverages and tobacco products—both known as goods subject to excise (“Excisable Goods”) to the respective Heads of Offices (“Head of Office”) of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise.
