New Provisions on Export of Industrial Forestry Products

The Minister of Trade (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 89/M-DAG/PER/10/2015 on Export Provisions for Industrial Forestry Products (“2015 Regulation”). The 2015 Regulation aims to simplify the process of acquiring an acknowledgement as an exporter of industrial forestry product.Prior to the 2015 Regulation, the same matter was regulated by Ministerial Regulation No. 97/M-DAG/PER/12/2014 , as amended by Ministerial Regulation No. 66/M-DAG/PER/8/2015 (“2014 Regulation”).
