The President of the Republic of Indonesia has issued Regulation No. 105 of 2015 on Foreign Yachts Visiting Indonesia (“2015 Regulation”). In a bid to boost the volume of tourists visiting the country in yachts, the 2015 Regulation facilitates foreign-flagged yachts [1] in the processing of the necessary documents needed to enter Indonesia.
