New Provisions on Licenses and Non-Licenses for Investment

The Head of the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal- “BKPM”) has issued Regulation No. 15 of 2015 on the Guidelines and Procedures for Obtaining Investment Licenses and Non-Licenses (“Perka 2015”). An integral part of the government’s recent economic-policy packages, Perka 2015 aims to simplify the processes involved in securing licenses and non-licenses for direct investment.
