The Downstream Oil-and-Gas Regulatory Agency (“ BPH Migas ”) has issued Regulation No. 34 of 2019 on Procedures for Calculations and Determinations of Tariffs for the Transportation of Natural Gas through Pipelines (“ Regulation 34/2019 ”), which will hopefully increase the utilization of domestic natural gas and investments in the transportation of natural gas through pipelines, as well as optimize the utilization of transmission infrastructure and networks of distribution pipelines.
