New Provisions on the Management of Drinking-Water Supply Systems

The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (“Ministry”) has issued Regulation No. 27/PRT/M/2016 on the Management of Drinking-Water Supply Systems (“Regulation 27/2016”), which further regulates the various technicalities involved in the organization of drinking-water supply systems, as mandated under Government Regulation No. 122 of 2015 on Water-Supply Systems.
