New Provisions on the Operation of the Telecommunications Sector Finally Issued

In an attempt to implement the various provisions that were originally introduced under Regulation of the Government No. 5 of 2021 on the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing [1] and Regulation of the Government No. 46 of 2021 on Post, Telecommunications and Broadcasting (“ Regulation 46/2021 ”), [2] the Minister of Communication and Informatics (“ Minister ”) has finally issued Regulation No. 5 of 2021 on the Operation of the Telecommunications Sector (“ Regulation 5/2021 ”), which will now serve as the legal framework for the overall implementation of telecommunications operations.
