Indonesia’s Minister of Communications and Information Technology (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 25 of 2015 on the Enforcement of Universal Service Obligations for Telecommunications and Information Technologies (“2015 Regulation”). The 2015 Regulation sets out guidelines intended to manage the implementation of universal service obligations (“USO”) in the telecommunications and information technology (“ICT”) sectors.
