New Regulation for the Blocking and Unblocking of Access to the Legal Entity Administration System for Limited-Liability Companies

In order to provide greater legal protection for shareholders in Limited Liability Companies (“ Companies ”) that become involved in disputes, the Minister of Law and Human Rights (“ Minister ”) has now updated provisions on the blocking and unblocking of the access of Companies to the Legal Entity Administration System (Sistem Administrasi Badan Hukum– “ SABH ”) through the issuance of Regulation No. 29 of 2022 on the Blocking and Unblocking of Access to the Legal Entity Administration System for Limited Liability Companies (“ Regulation 29/2022 ”).
