New Regulation on Dispute-Resolution Services for Government Procurement Contracts

In a bid to further enhance dispute-resolution services for government goods/service procurement contracts, the National Public Procurement Agency (Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah – “ LKPP ”) has issued Regulation of the LKPP No. 18 of 2018 on Dispute-Resolution Services for Government Goods/Service Procurement Contracts (“ Regulation 18/2018 ”).
