The Minister for Forestry earlier last month issued regulationNo. P.14/Menhut-II/2006on concession (pinjam pakai) of forest area, which revokes and replaces previous regulations on the same subject. The Minister stated that the regulation aims at improving investment climate in forest areas, particularly mining companies.
