The Minister of Trade recently issued regulationNo. 09/M-DAG/PER/3/2006on general business license (Surat Ijin Usaha Perdangangan or SIUP), which in fact is an amendment and restatement of the previous provisions lastly issued in 2001. This regulation is one of among eight regulations issued by the Minister to improve investment climate directed under InpresNo. 3/2006(see ILB 270).
