New Regulation on Goods Terminals

As an implementation of Regulation of the Government No. 79 of 2013 on Traffic and Land Transportation Networks, the Minister of Transportation (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. PM 102 of 2018 on the Organization of Goods Terminals (“ Regulation 102/2018 ”).Regulation 102/2018 encompasses a comprehensive set of guidelines which address the organization of goods terminals (“ Terminals ”), as undertaken by either the government or by private businesses, and which pertain to the following matters:
