New Regulation on the Granting of Fiscal Facilities to Government Cooperation Infrastructure Projects

With the Indonesian Government continuing to focus on priority infrastructure, as mandated under Regulation of the President No. 75 of 2014 (“ Regulation 75/2014 ”), the Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has just updated one of the implementing regulations to Regulation 75/2014 through the issuance of Regulation No. 180/PMK.08/2020 on Facilities for the Implementation of Preparations and Transactions for Government Projects in Cooperation with Business Entities During the Provision of Infrastructure (“ Regulation 180/2020 ”).
