New Regulation on the Settlement of Incompatibilities Relating to Spatial Planning, Forest Areas, Licenses and/or Land Rights

As part of the 49 newly introduced implementing regulations to Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation (“ Job Creation Law ”), the government has issued Regulation of Government No. 43 of 2021 on the Settlement of Incompatibilities Relating to Spatial Planning, Forest Areas, Licenses and/or Land Rights (“ Regulation 43/2021 ”), to accommodate the one of the revisions on spatial planning matters which introduced under the Job Creation Law.
