In 2023, the Minister of Agriculture (“ Minister ”) established Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No. 32 of 2023 on Requirements for the Entry of Livestock in Certain Instances Originating from Zones Within Countries of Origin (“ Regulation 32/2023 ”). In order to address the prevailing lack of alignment of Regulation 32/2023 with legal developments and scientific and technological advances, the Minister has now updated this regulatory framework by revoking Regulation 32/2023 and enacting Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No. 14 of 2025 on Requirements for the Entry of Livestock in Certain Instances from Countries or Zones Within Countries of Origin (“ Regulation 14/2025 ”).
