New Rules for the Utilization of the Intraday Liquidity Facility

Bank Indonesia (“ BI ”) has updated its policy regarding the utilization of the Intraday Liquidity Facility (Fasilitas Likuiditas Intrahari– “ FLI ”) by participant banks in the Bank Indonesia Real-Time Gross-Settlement System (“ BI-RTGS ”) through the issuance of Bank Indonesia Board of Governors Regulation No. 20/2/PADG/2018 on Procedures for the Utilization of the Intraday Liquidity Facility (“ Regulation 20/2018 ”).
