New Rules Issued for Obtaining Recommendations for Imports of Salt Commodities for Use as Industrial Raw and Auxiliary Materials

The Minister of Industry (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation on Procedures for the Issuance of Recommendation for Imports of Salt Commodities for Use as Industrial Raw Materials and Auxiliary Materials (“ Regulation 34/2018 ”).In essence, Regulation 34/2018 sets out procedures for industrial businesses which are looking to obtain recommendations for imports of salt commodities to be used as industrial raw materials and auxiliary materials (“ Recommendation ”) and specifically addresses the following matters:
