As the implementing regulation to Regulation of the Government on Wages (“ Regulation 78/2015 ”), the Minister of Manpower (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation on Minimum Wages (“ Regulation 15/2018 ”). [1] This matter was previously addressed under Regulation of the Minister (“ Regulation 7/2013 ”), which now has been replaced. [2] In essence, Regulation 15/2018 updates the following matters relating to minimum wages:
