Since the provisions under the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower No. 15 of 2021 on Procedures for the Granting of Job Loss Benefits (“ Regulation 15/2021 ”) [1] no longer align with current legal developments and public needs, the government issued the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower No. 2 of 2025 (“ Regulation 2/2025 ”) as the amendment to Regulation 15/2021.
