With the overall goal of establishing land values within a database that can subsequently be used in order to support policy formulation within the land sector and other related fields that require reliable and accountable processes for value assessments of plots of land or zones at particular times (“ Land Valuations ”), the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 3 of 2026 on Land Valuations (“ Regulation 3/2026 ”).
