The Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan– “ BPOM ”) has issued Regulation No. 11 of 2026 on Food Packaging (“ Regulation 11/2026 ”). Upon entering into force, this Regulation 11/2026 officially repealed and replaced Regulation of BPOM No. 20 of 2019 (“ Regulation 20/2019 ”), which bore the same title as Regulation 11/2026. [1]
