In late March, the President issued a decreeNo. 4/2006establishing a team to curb intellectual property rights (IPR) infringements. The team is lead by the Coordinating Ministers for Law Politics and Security, and for Economic Affairs as Chair and Vice-Chair respectively, with the Minister for Law and Human Rights and Minister of Trade as Executive Chair and Co-Chair respectively. The decree lists almost the half the cabinet as team members with numerous high ranking officers.
