In order to introduce an implementing framework for Regulation of the Government on the Indirect Utilization of Geothermal Energy (“ Regulation 7/2017 ”), the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation on the Offering of Geothermal Working Areas, the Issuance of Geothermal Licenses and the Assignment on Geothermal Businesses (“ Regulation 37/2018 ”).
