The Indonesian Government, acting through the Minister of Transportation (“ Minister ”), has finally renewed guidelines which address investigations into vessel accidents by bringing them into line with IMO Resolution MSC 255, as well as through the implementation of several provisions which were originally set out under Regulation of the Government No. 9 of 2019 onVessel Accident Investigations (“Regulation of the Minister No. PM 6 of 2020 on Procedures for the Investigation of Vessel Accidents (“ Regulation 6/2020 ”).
