New Warehouse Receipt System Rules Mandate SNI Certification Across 30 Commodities: Existing Operators Required to Comply by 16 July 2027

The Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi– “ Bappebti ”) has issued Regulation No. 2 of 2026 (“ Regulation 2/2026 ”) on the Determination of Warehouse Requirements for Goods Stored Through the Warehouse Receipt System (Sistem Resi Gudang– “ SRG ”), which has resulted in the simultaneous repeal and replacement of Regulation of Bappebti No. 2 of 2021 (“ Regulation 2/2021 ”) on Technical Requirements for Controlled Atmosphere Storage (“ CAS ”) Warehouses.
