The Director-General of Sea Transportation (“ Director-General ”) has issued Decree of the Director-General No. KP-DJPL 315 of 2026 on Certification Obligations for the Transportation of Nickel Ore for Indonesian-Flagged Barges Sailing in Indonesian Waters (“ Decree 315/2026 ”). Upon entering into force, Decree 315/2026 repealed and replaced Decree of the Director-General No. KP-DJPL 358 of 2025 (“ Decree 358/2025 ”), which bore the same title as Decree 315/2026. [1]
