Non-Electronic KKPR Implementation: An Overview of the New Guidelines

As initially mandated under Minister of Land Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (“ Minister ”) Regulation No. 13 of 2021 on the Implementation of the Suitability of Space Utilization Activities and the Synchronization of Space Utilization Programs (“ Regulation 13/2021 ” ), all activities that relate to the Suitability of Space Utilization Activities (Kesesuaian Kegiatan Pemanfaatan Ruang– “ KKPR ”) should be processed through electronic systems via the Online Single Submission (“ OSS ”) system.
