Occupational Disease Categories Modified

Created in order to be a supporting legal framework for the organization of Work Accident Insurance  (Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja– “ JKK ”), [1] the government recently issued Regulation of the President No. 7 of 2019 on Occupational Diseases (“ Regulation 7/2019 ”), which addresses a number of matters which specifically relate to diseases caused by work and/or working environments (“ Occupational Diseases ”).
