The Minister of Finance (“Minister”) has issued Ministerial Regulation No. 178/PMK.02/2015 on the Oil and Gas Account (“Second Amendment”). The regulation amends Ministerial Regulation No. 113/PMK.02/2009 , which relates to the Oil and Gas Account (“2009 Regulation”). [1] In essence, this Second Amendment pertains to the efficient management of the oil and gas account by excluding several items which previously fell under the ambit of the account.
