OJK Amends Technical Provisions on Reassessments of the Primary Parties of Banks

In response to the issuance of Regulation of the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) No. 14/POJK.03/2021 on the Amendment to Regulation of the OJK No. 34/POJK.03/2018 on the Reassessment of the Primary Parties of Financial Services Institutions (together referred to as “ Regulation 14/2021 ”), [1] the OJK recently issued Circular of the OJK No. 32/SEOJK.03/2021 (“ Amendment ”) on the Amendment to Circular of the OJK No. 9/SEOJK.03/2019 on the Reassessment of the Primary Parties of Banks (“ Circular 9/2019 ”). ^[2]
