OJK Finally Updates Provisions on the Organization of Capital-Market Activities

As part of attempts to build an orderly, equitable and efficient capital-market industry, the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) has issued Regulation No. 3/POJK.04/2021 on the Organization of Activities Within the Capital-Market Sector (“ Regulation 3/2021 ”), which will serve as a set of guidelines for matters and activities relating to the capital-market sector and the share ownership and capital of securities companies.
