OJK Introduces Draft Circular on the Amendment to the Reassessment of Banks' Primary Parties

In response to the issuance of Regulation of the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) No. 14/POJK.03/2021 , which amends Regulation of OJK No. 34/POJK.03/2018 on the Reassessment of the Primary Parties of Financial Services Institutions ( Regulation 34/2018 ), [1] the OJK is currently preparing a new Draft Circular (“ Draft Circular ”) which will amend the current Circular of OJK No. 9/SEOJK.03/2019 on the Reassessment of the Primary Parties of Banks (“ Circular 9/2019 ”).
