OJK Now Classified as Investigator of Criminal Acts Within SJK: An Introduction to the Parties and Authorities Involved

In an effort to implement various provisions originally set under Law No. 4 of 2023 on the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector (“ P2SK Law ”), [1] the government has issued Regulation of the Government No. 5 of 2023 on the Investigation of Criminal Acts Within the Financial Services Sector (“ Regulation 5/2023 ”), which has been in force since 30 January 2023.
