OJK Prepares Second Amendment to Provision on Mandatory Minimum Capital Requirements for Commercial Banks

The Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) is currently preparing a Draft Regulation on the Second Amendment to Regulation of the OJK No. 11/POJK.03/2016 on Mandatory Minimum-Capital Requirements for Commercial Banks (“ Banks ”), as previously amended through the issuance of Regulation No. 34/POJK.03/2016 (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 11/2016 ”).
