The Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan –“ OJK ”) has issued Regulation No. 14/POJK.03/2018 on the Assessment of Commercial Bank Asset Quality in Order to Boost Housing Sector Growth and Increase Foreign Exchange (“ Regulation 14/2018 ”) in a bid to increase development within the housing sector, as well as to increase foreign exchange.
