In 2020, the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) issued Regulation No. 63/POJK.03/2020 on Commercial Bank (“ Banks ”) Reporting Through the OJK Reporting System (“ Regulation 63/2020 ”), [1] which was aimed at the digitalization of certain types of reports that were still being submitted to the OJK via offline means. [2] However, in order to further enhance effectiveness and efficiency in relation to report submissions, the OJK recently introduced Regulation No. 22 of 2025 (“ Regulation 22/2025 ”), which bears the same title as Regulation 63/2020 and which has been in force since 2 October 2025.
