As part of the Indonesian Government’s 11th Economic Policy Package, the Financial Services Authority (“ OJK ”) has issued Regulation No. 64/POJK.04/2017 on Real-Estate Investment Funds in the Form of Collective-Investment Contracts (“ Regulation 64/2017 ”).In general, Regulation 64/2017 sets out a number of detailed provisions which relate to Real-Estate Investment Funds (Dana Investasi Real Estat– “ DIRE ”) in the form of collective-investment contracts (Kontrak Investasi Kolektif– “ KIK ”).
