OJK Sets Out Provisions on the Maintenance and Monitoring of the LPEI's Soundness Level

The Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) has updated the legal framework for the supervision of the Indonesian Export Financing Institution (Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia– “ LPEI ”) through the issuance of Regulation No. 9/POJK.05/2022 (“ Regulation 9/2022 ”). These matters were previously addressed under Regulation of the OJK No. 40/POJK.05/2015 (“ Regulation 40/2015 ”), which has now been replaced and repealed as the various provisions that it contained are no longer relevant.
