OJK to Redefine Criteria for and Restrictions on Unit Link Sub-Fund Placements

The Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) is currently preparing a Draft Regulation (“ Draft Regulation ”) on the Second Amendment to Regulation of the OJK No. 71/POJK.05/2016 on the Financial Soundness of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies, [1] as previously amended through the issuance of Regulation of the OJK No. No. 27/POJK.05/2018 (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 71/2016 ”).
