OJK Updates Property Assessment Provisions for the Capital-Market Sector

The Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) recently issued Regulation No. 28/POJK.04/2021 on Property Assessments and the Presentation of Property Assessment Reports Within the Capital-Market Sector (“ Regulation 28/2021 ”) in an attempt to align various standards and guidelines that relate to the assessment and presentation of capital-market Property Assessment Reports and to further develop the laws, regulations and professional assessment standards that apply within this sector.
