Omnibus Law on Taxation Submitted to the House

In addition to the recent submission of the Draft Bill on Job Creation , [1] the Indonesian Government has also submitted an official Draft Bill on Taxation Provisions and Facilities to Enhance Economy (“ Draft Bill ”) to the House of Representatives (“ House ”) for further deliberations. [2] In essence, the Draft Bill aims to establish an improved legal taxation framework that will be able to accommodate the ongoing dynamic development of the economic and legal fields. [3]
